My first stab at a prime-time political talk program. What newsroom brass originally wanted to call “Inside Politics,” we interfered in the process and made the most of host Mike Flannery’s South Side Irish hellfire.
I developed Paris Schutz’s primetime Friday night political talk program and also handled production, post-production, and marketing.
The program was reformatted into a nightly show and rebranded “Chicago Report,” which neither of us were fond of.
